Online Base32 Encoding/Decoding Tool

Base32 encodes binary data using 32 (2^5) characters. The motivation for Base32 (and Base64) encoding is the need to encode unrestricted binary files into a format that only allows certain data types (like plain text) for storage or transmission. Examples include passing data through URLs, XML, or JSON, all of which are plain text formats; binary data is not permitted or supported.
