URL in hexadecimal encryption

1. Convert characters to hexadecimal to avoid issues caused by special characters during transmission. Generally, web browsers' address bars convert Chinese characters to hexadecimal by default.

2. During URL rewriting, URLs can be encoded and encrypted to avoid special characters. Encrypted URLs can still be opened directly in the browser address bar. For example: Original URL is https://www.bejson.com After hexadecimal conversion: https://%77%77%77%2e%62%65%6a%73%6f%6e%2e%63%6f%6d Both forms of URLs can be opened normally in the browser
